A little girl had a Dream from long ago of Owning her own Restaurant. When that little girl grew up she worked in all kinds of eateries from fancy to fair. Putting herself through college doing what she did best. After leaving school and launching a career path it was obvious to her that all her spare time was geared toward cooking. So on a warm sunny day, her dream became a reality and she launched her First ever Café on the Chesapeake bay on the Tangier Sound overlooking some of God’s Greatest Treasured tapestries. The most beautiful Sunsets anywhere in the World.
Her menu featured the local catches of the Chesapeake bay along with the southern comforts of Home. Menu Items ranging from Broiled lump Crab Cakes to large Flounder Fillets, Soft Crabs, Oysters from the bay to Fried Chicken, Meatloaf, Pork chops and more such as scrumptious breakfast platters to lunch overlooking the Bay. Food from the Chesapeake Bay to the tabletops of our Café served the Eastern Shore Way!
